ReelAbilities Film Festival, September 7-13, 2023

Join Film Pittsburgh for the 11th annual ReelAbilities Pittsburgh film festival, September 7-13, 2023, at the Pittsburgh Playhouse and online. Western Pennsylvania Disability History and Action Consortium is proud to support this event as a Community Partner!

The festival is in-person at the Pittsburgh Playhouse from September 7-9 and virtual from September 7-13 (select films only).

ReelAbilities presents award-winning films that celebrate the stories of people living with disabilities. Our 2023 lineup includes three nights of in-person fun, including:

  • Two feature films
  • A shorts block of eight films
  • After-parties
  • An art exhibit with artists from Studio Forget-Me-Note
  • Filmmaker Q&As, and more!

For folks who want to fest from home, the lineup also includes three virtual feature films and one virtual shorts block.

How To Buy Tickets

Tickets go on sale August 17! You can get $3 off General Admission tickets by using this WPDHAC Community Partner discount code when you purchase your tickets online: ACT23.

  • All Festival Pass: $80 by 9/1, $85 after 9/1
  • General Admission: $18
  • VIP Festival Pass: $150 – reserved seating
  • 25 and Under: $10 (with ID, at door only)
  • Students: $5 (full-time with student ID, at door only
